Slow Flow is a beautiful blend of vinyasa and stillness. It explores asana through flowing movement and breath, while slowing things down so each pose and transition can be truly felt and absorbed. Loretta will guide you through a 90 minute slow flow experience, including vinyasa yoga, followed by a juicy and super gentle sequence of restorative poses. Restorative poses involve the use of props to help the body feel totally supported and relaxed. This class is not heated, and is open to all levels.
