Sometimes, we can't always make it to the yoga studio for a number of reasons. We overslept, the times are conflicting, etc. Sometimes, the idea of practicing in the comfort of our own is super appealing. But where do we start? What do we do? How do we get our practice in without the guidance of a teacher?
Join Loretta for a step-by-step guide on how to create your own home yoga practice. Learning to practice at home under your own guidance is an essential part of understanding yoga, but more importantly yourself. She will offer a unique list of sequencing ideas and options for learning to practice at home... ranging from a simple meditation practice to a full-blown vinyasa flow.
