Hi, Subscriber First Name ❤️ If you’re wrapped up in the end of year madness, know that I’m right there with you. With that in mind, I’ll keep today’s message short: There is always lots to reflect on at the year’s end. Today, I’m reflecting on the power of partnership. When I created Do Good Leadership Collective last year, I was very intentional about using the word “collective.” I needed folks to know that although I founded this thing and lead a lot of the initiatives as a coach and facilitator, the work doesn’t “belong” to me. The work belongs to all of us. Our mission of helping social impact professionals do good and be well cannot be done in a vacuum. When we seek out partnerships, we don’t do it to share the work or offload things we can’t manage. We seek out partnership as an act of co-creation. We reach out because we trust that its critical to invite people into meaningful, world-changing work. So, thank you Subscriber First Name, for what you’ve helped us co-create. Thank you for helping us realize our vision. From nearly 10 events that centered wellbeing practices, to dozens of meaningful conversations with professionals who are committed to workplace care… YOU have been a lovely part of the collective ❤️ There’s more to come in 2025! We look forward to resting for the remainder of December, and coming back to your inbox refreshed in January with big updates and accessible opportunities.
